We are so excited you are coming to Ethiopia! As we walk through the next four Trip Prep Phases, we ask that you take time to dive deep and take your time as you work through these materials. Complete each phase before moving on to the next.

Complete the paperwork and tasks below. Doing everything on this list will ensure that you complete all the necessary steps and paperwork to travel to Ethiopia.
STEP 1: Apply - includes $50 application fee which will be attributed to your total fees.
STEP 2: Update your passport if it expires within 6 months of your return date, or get a passport if you don’t already have one. Upload a copy of your passport below or email it to Julia@selamtafamilyproject.org
STEP 3: Read through Selamta’s Trip Guide
STEP 4: Pay or fundraise your trip fees.
STEP 5: Sign Medical Relase form.
STEP 6: Sign Code of Conduct form.
STEP 7: Sign Emergency Procedure Policy
STEP 8: Apply for a tourist VISA, if staying for longer than 3 weeks.
STEP 9: Get any necessary vaccines.
STEP 10: Print first and last pages of Trip Guide (step 1) and keep with you during travel - you will need the contact info at immigration in Ethiopia.
